What are your hours?

Friday 1:30-3:30pm is staggered entry for qualified Volunteers and Consignors.

Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm- Public Presale Shopping Event, *$15 cash at the Door per person. $16 if paying by credit card. See below for details!

Saturday 8:00am-11:30am – Public Sale, free entry

Saturday 1:00pm-3:00pm- Half Price Sale on many items, free entry

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards- MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay.  We collect sales tax at checkout, please budget this in.

Do you allow strollers or wagons?

No, please leave them in your car.  If you bring them up, strollers or wagons can be parked in the lobby area while you shop but at your own risk.

Do you provide shopping bags?

We have large shopping bags for sale at the door for $2 cash/$2.50 credit while supplies last.  You are allowed to bring in your own shopping bags/laundry baskets.

Do you have a boutique section?

YES!  We have a boutique section filled with many boutique and trunk show brand items at great prices.  These items are separate from the other clothes.

Do you have much for teens?

YES!  We have a large room especially for our teen shoppers, The TEEN SPACE!  You’ll find sizes up to youth 20, and also all teen sizes.  Larger shoes and teen accessories/purses are in here too, sometimes electronics as well.  Visit our Instagram and Facebook or click here to see some brands that can be found in here.

What is the Pay-to-Shop event on Friday night?

Friday night from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. is open to the public with a $15 cash or $16 credit card payment entry fee per person*.  This is a chance to shop before the general public on Saturday morning.  This entry fee goes straight to local missions.

*In order to maintain the integrity and the value of the presale, we cannot allow anyone (with the exception of your spouse and children under 18) to enter the presale with you under one fee.  You and others have paid to be here and we respect that.  No moms, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, adult sisters, etc… Thanks for not asking us to break this rule at the door!

Tickets can be purchased early up to Wednesday before the Sale – after that point, tickets can only be purchased at the door.  But don’t worry, we have plenty of tickets at the door (cash or cc accepted)!  To purchase, please click the link on the main page.

Will you hold items that I wish to purchase?

We encourage you to immediately purchase items and take them to your car.  We will hold items in the Big Item room for 1 hour at your risk.  If you haven’t purchased your item within 1 hour, the hold sticker will be taken off.  We cannot hold items after they are purchased.  Holds end on Saturday at 10:00am.

Can I try on clothing at the sale?

Unfortunately, we do not have enough space to allow our buyers to try on clothes.  Items are not allowed in the restrooms.

Do you have sorting areas?  

Yes, we have designated sorting areas in our gym.  Please only sort your items in these areas and leave items there that you decide not to purchase.

I purchased an item that is broken/doesn’t work/soiled.  Can I return it?

Unfortunately, being a consignment sale, there are no guarantees that everything works perfectly.  You are purchasing used items at your own risk.  We do our best to check every item but with over 30,000 items coming in during one day, this can be hard to do.

What happens if I want to purchase an item that doesn’t have a tag?

We cannot sell any item that does not have a tag.  We have a lost tag area where we try to match lost items/tags back together.  Consignors are encouraged to check this table also to help us match back items to their tag number.
